Texas is a homestead state, so I don't believe you have to worry about your home. Also, there's little they can do in the way of garnishment in Texas and you don't have a job right now anyway.

I guess what you should do really depends on what's worse to you: Separate judgments for the total you
owe, or bankruptcy?

For $35K I'd consider filing for bankruptcy and just putting the matter to rest. Judgments will cause you a headache for years to come.

If you can remain current on your mortgage and your cars, your credit may recover from the bankruptcy a lot sooner than you think.
