If you wait you will be subject to collection activities, including probably PRE judgment freezes on your bank accounts.

Your spouse will be (illegally) harrassed at work by the OC 's because Tx is a community property State.

The BK laws may be changing, and you may not be able to do it as easily later on.

They will be putting all sorts of mandatory "credit counseling" in, plus lots of other stuff that favors the CC companies who have bought and paid for their political influence.
