thanks for the clarification whychat! one last question. the CA that did this to was krisor and associates out of IN. they're CA for a discover debt. what should i do next time the use this trickery. it's almost been a year to the day that they contacted me and got the $200. however, i've heard NOTHING from since that call. i guess i'm just a little more scared about this one because i've read discover sues everyone and the fact that krisor is a lawfirm, i know i shouldn't be though.
