Is this re-setting the SOL clock?

W & A are going to sue me in two weeks if I don't agree to a program. I have been stalling them for 4 months. I can buy myself more time if I agree verbally on the phone to a program and set a payment date 30 days from now. I would NOT SIGN IT OR PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING.. just agree verbally on the phone to buy more time.. I am re-setting the SOL clock or do they have to have something in WRITING? I am buying myself more time to think if I file BK! I hope a verbal on the phone does not committ the SOL! Thank you
