Does validation just buy time or can it be used instead of BK? I've seen several validation letters and it appears to serve more in the capacity of making the CA mad and nasty. I'm saving to file BK but it's harder than first thought. I haven't made payments since 11/02 and am worried about lawsuit. Will validation keep them "at bay"? Any other suggestions?
