Sewer service is an East Coast thing. Texas judges with a long and proud history of putting the screws to creditors do not grant default judgments on cases with improper service. Check Texas court records for the large number of cases dismissed for lack of service (sheriffs in Texas don't lie about these things). If there is any one on this board who's had a default judgment from sewer service in Texas, please let us know. If they don't know where you are at, DON'T tell them. And I would certainly NOT make myself bait to be abused by collection agencies to get violations to counter sue for violations. That's like walking down the street looking to get mugged. Send them a cease and desist from your father, don't tell them where you are, and just ignore them. Anything you say to these people will be them gathering information on you for location, jobs, assets, family, friends, career (don't tell them you're in school, they'll figure you will have a good income coming). The biggest middle finger you can give to any CA is to not even acknowledge their existence
