yes i do have a letter from the bank and the
overdraft fee refunded from the bank. my bank
also tried to find the check and was
unsuccessful. the check that is in question; i
actually have in my possession and it cleared
the bank; and there is no insufficient fund
stamp or note on it anywhere.thank you for
