i currently have 3 chargeoffs which i am laying low on. i've obtained 2 'rebuilding CCs' (orchardbank, FNBMarin) and have a store card. i was wondering if i pay these 3 'current' bills on time, about how long does it take to up the FICO score. i've read that you should stay on the bottom half of your credit limit on the card; i'm one the top half, how much does this affect your fico going up even if your paying these new bills early and on time. and while i mentioned FNBM, i highly recommend first national bank of marin to anyone who is looking for a card with an extremely low limit to REBUILD THEIR CREDIT. my limit only $200. if i recall there is an initial one time fee of $49, and a $6.50 monthly fee, that's it, no hidden BS fees
