If they were charged off in 10/02 they defaulted in 04/02,which means your 3 year NH SOL will be over in 04/05. NH has some pretty strong consumer protection laws, and it may be difficult for a CA to file against you. Take a look at the NH page frommy website, and read ALL the links at the bottom.
