SOL ( if I understand correctly ) cannoit be reset by a verbal agreement.

SOL takes effect on the day of the first delinquency and the account never becomes current again. Partial pmt or promise to partial pmt shouldn't reset the DOLA ( and SOL starts at the DOLA)
