This lawsuit is to collect credti card debt with Discover. They have sued me last October and I have answered all the interrogatories. I do not know what they can garnish from me as I am unemployed for the past eight years. Due to health reasons, I couldn't pay my bills anymore. Suffice to say, things have not been good for the past two years. I can feel a nasty judgement in the air, but I sitll want to save face....as I cannot bear the embarassment of a sheriff coming to my house taking our car. Actually, that is all I really have for them to take, but as advised, transferring the joint title to my hubby might be futile. Thanks for your advise and concern.
