It was charged off sometime July...they sued me sometime October...and then now...I am scared even if I know I have nothing to offer them. I do not know though how nasty they can be---with the horrendous interest rate they are demanding plus legal fees, I am surely bankrupt. Discover is not the only credit card debt I have...but so far, it has been the only one that sued. I guess, I really have to consider bankruptcy---another hurdle to face...but hopefully, a better alternative than going insane!
