wont accepted a payment

i owe a fleet credit card account $1192.70. cambece law firm owns the account and keep threatening to send me to court. i want to setup a payment plan but they wont accept anything but a huge amount. i cant afford, i go to school full time and only work part time. what would the judge do if i dont pay the law firm directly. will they garnish my pay. or will the judge tell them this is all i can afford. and thats what they have to accept.
