OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! This is exactly what happened to me ! Except the OC is Household and they were paid almost 6 months before the judgment. I even have a signed agreement, and an email stating paid!!!!! Never served, accounts frozen, blah blah blah. My payment was "lost" too, and I cant find my copy of the money order, and with out that, I am screwed, since there is no way to trace it with out the serial number! Needless to say I am still waiting the courts verdict on this. In the meantime, I have to have someone else cash my checks, and pay for everythign in cash!
