Stop talking - start writing. You'll get nothing from Sherman ASSkissitions and their lackeys by talking on the phone. Sherman likes to work at file poisoning of your credit, so you need to watch them. They have reported in TRIPLICATE on my CR and if the dirtbags verify my dispute with the CRA's I'm going to sue them.

Write your OWN settlement offer and mail it, CRRR. Start low and know your upper limit and don't budge from it. Do NOT pay them a dime until you get a signed agreement.
