lady...violation????

i just seconds ago hung up with someone with an incoming call as 999-999-5100. he asked for me, i played dumb and said that "that" person still gets calls at this number. i think he believed me. i said well what do you need him for i thinks he lives in indy. this IDIDOT answers me. he stated that well he wrote my company a letter telling me to contact him here. heres where it gets interesting. before knowing of this great forum i wrote all my CAs explaining my current situation and want to pay as soon as job is found. ONLY MY ADDRESS AND HOME PHONE WERE GIVEN!!!! that's why i knew this son of a bitch was a CA. HOW did he get my cell #? he can't get that from anywhere cause no one knows it but friend/family/summerjob. this is a violation correct? also received a call yesterday w/ a 314 area code. do you know what 314 is. should i document this call for future whatever. i know for a FACT that i did not give me cell # to the CAs, i can call block that # forever though so i'm not too worried. any feedback. thanks. the shermanhater.
