Strange exchange, didn't know 999 was a valid area code !! Have you ever used your cell phone to order pizza ? OR used it on any kind of application, ordered cable service or anything ? There's a database out there called the 'pizza delivery database', and these slimeballs use this list, compiled from pizza deliveries and all kinds of sources, to cull phone numbers, and they can get cell #'s that way. If you inform them that they're calling a cell phone and they call again, that IS a violation. They cannot use a means of contact that costs YOU money .. and using cell minutes costs you money. As for a 341 or 999 area code, THERE ARE NO SUCH AREA CODES !! Sounds like they're masking their number and displaying bogus information.
