Thank you for the info you posted in the message below. I am learning something new from you all the time! I have a CA that continuously calls me on my cell phone (well, was anyway - hasn't in over a month) even after he was given the appropriate numbers to call. I had no clue as to how he got the number anyway because I had never called him from my cell. In fact the first communication I had ever had from them was messages left on my cell phone. I figured doing that was a violation after reading FDCPA a few dozen times but wasn't sure if it would fly. Not that it's the only violation I have CA on. Other than FDCPA, if you have any info that would back this up, I would appreciate it if you would share it with me.
