Again, if you put a current employer on ANY application, there's a good chance it'll show up on your CR. CA's also have ways to find out if you're paying payroll taxes, they've got your SSN. It all depends on how far they want to go to find you.

If the atty for Discover hasn't hounded you, then don't say a word, thought they're not likely to 'forget' you indefinitely. Did they get a judgment ?? If you haven't checked, you need to do so just to be sure.
