A few questions if someone can answer 1. If I settle with a CA will the OC still show in my CR? ( I know to use the proper letters and have it in writing to show " Paid as agreed " . But What will the OC show?
2. What does it take to legally validate a debt? What MUST they send to do this?
3. If a CA cannot legally validate a debt then what? Does it go back to the OC and what should you do if they cannot validate?
