If it's just a lawsuit to enforce the NAF judgment, then you will not get a jury trial. The judge will not question the fact that you are liabe for the amount in the judgment. The judge can question whether the NAF had jurisdiction over you to get the judgment i.e whether the NAF should have upheld any objection you presented to the NAF process.
