I kinda of figured it was long shot for a jury trial. They debt is only $3,000. W&A is threatning it will get ugly if I do withdraw my motions to dismiss. They did not answer the Interrogatories I sent within the time allowed under state law. They lied in their opposition to my motion to dismiss. They said in the motion they did not receive my interrogatories on Dec 8th and did not receive them until 12/30. I have responded to the court stating this is not acuurate and sent copies of my CRRR to document this. Also, they day I sent the interrogatories to them- 12/8, I also filed a copy with the court with the CRRR number referenced. I bet the judge denies my motion to dismiss, they are all out to screw debtors
