re one of ur posts below.sorry to disagree with ya but....my daughter lives in a big city here in texas...and yep has a judgement on her for a mobile home they got screwed on. lied to...long story. anyways she wasnt ever served..and she is disabled..another long story but it would take some doin to hunt up the paperwork. im sure it can be vacated since she was never served..but its a hassle we cant handle right now. anyways yep texans do it too. i think it was called sewer service? and some sheriffs here..r not real above board ...umm lets flat out say crooked. i wish it wasnt so but i know it is firsthand. she actually has 2 judgements against her.. but they dont seem to go after anything..not that she has anything..just a piece of paper i guess in case she wins the lotto or something,. we wont ever have anything lol so i gave up caring about credit scores or things like that. a lot is illegal yes..but the fight to change it in court costs more than the effort to do it.
