Maybe you don't have to tell them where you sleep, but it's certainly worth it to give them a mailbox or some other mailing address where you can be reached reliably.

If you're not around to defend yourself and rebutt whatever crap they say about you to the judge, you're doing yourself a big disservice.

If you have creditors that are after you, you need to protect your money. Get your money out of the bank now. Leave a little to avoid having your creditor tell the court your shifting assets around. Let them take that little bit if they want it so badly.

Do not expect that your money in the bank will be safe, regardless of the merits of their case or lack thereof.
