you are better off to do it yourself.
those companies you refer to are mostly ripping funds out of your pocket and not very productive.
since I started myself I got 9 deletes out of 14 negatives and now I am working on the 5 remaining.
VL 30 days, no response second VL 15 days and when I get my crrr card back I notify the CRA right away with a dispute.

it is time consuming but worth it.
