i know we should but...things r too messed up now to go digging in ft worth. we need to..have them vacated. mostly the big one on the trailer. it was funny when the kids got evicted ..the second judgement thing..this guy in civvy clothes beats on the door at 6 am. now in ft worth who will answer that? lol. they posted it on the door. so im sure it is a legal serve. the other wasnt. oh well. this is a place where to get a copy of a lost SS card u have to take a number which goes to 500 lol lol..and it takes hours..food stamps took 8 hours of sitting.. i learned the hard way laws r simply words written down somewhere. no one has to abide by them,..nor do they mean a lot. its who can twist words the best..against us who have no education on it..and who has lunch with the judge. so a lot of things may be illegal..but big deal. legal is in the eyes of the beholder. there is much they can do to u..and sure u can get it overturned if u have months..and the know how to do it. until then ur account is frozen..ur credit is ruined.cars/houses r searched..u can be arrested and held with no charges filed for 90 days. no lawyer..no bail. that will ruin u quickly. .and they know it. they lie freely to anyone they care to...they make ur life hell..and there isnt much u can do...esp if one is working or goin to school along with it. ty for ur kind post..sheriffs r elected as u know..or a lot r here..and they r the crookedest ones..along with the county attorneys and the DA. lol. ours is being investigated now for perjury and lying to a judge..guess what? he is now running for district judge lmao lmao. dunno who u report them too..they r a law unto themselves here. as i have been told.."im a cop..i can do what i please"..an they can.
