I need help I am getting ready to send another motion out concerning MBNA and W&A. I want to write a motion to dismiss the W&A suit based on the fact the fact NAF may noy have jurisdiction in my state. I have one motion o/s waiting for a ruling. W&A is making very nasty threats if I keep fighting back. How would i want to word a motion to vacate based on lcak of jurisdiction?
