I need help finding what to do about a divorce matter and bankrupticy? My boyfriend divorced in 2000 and his wife then filed for bank- in 2002....everything on his credit report says bank...but he bever filed bank...does he still owe the bills even if she filed on them? His reports say he is individual responsiability...?????
