There are so many flaky, gray area--and false lawsuits issued by OC and CA.

Is that really enough?

I thought a OC or CA would have to post a "good faith" bond for 3 times the amount of the stated debt amount--until adjudicated at court appearance, before a pre-judgment seizure would be allowed in most states.
