scenerio:
huge cc debt 70K, 3 judgments, all accounts charged off no payment since sept 2002.
mortgage & living expenses zero out monthly pay.
want to sell house & get a cheaper one.....with all of this debt no one would ever loan us money for a new home even with 20% down...so if we file ch 7 how long would we have to wait to buy another home... in NC no property over exemptions owned.
anyone ever do bill bauers creditwrench/
just looking for answers, I am very confused.....cc debt is from previous marraige, mistakes, & failed business....no way to pay it all now.
