Freezing is NOT seizure.

Freezing prevents you from accessing your $$, but it does not allow them to take it out of your account.

Some States, like Tx that have liberal homestead exemptions and no wage garnishment make up for it by letting creditors easily freeze (NOT SEIZE) accounts before a judgment is filed.
