Whats the difference?--Other than "seizure" (takes your bank account) and "freezing" (locks it up) --so you don't have access to it--"without due process"?

All I know is you cannot "seize" or "freeze" bank accounts (IRS excepted) during "pre-judgment"--without posting a "good faith" bond for (3) times the amount of the debt being sued for in Washington State.

Other states may vary of course.
