i first opened the account in kentucky, as that is where i lived at the time. i moved to pennsylvania after the account was closed. the SOL applies to which state?

the CA who sent me the letter is also in PA, but not in the same county as i am.

and i find it funny that this same CA sent me the same threatening letter in november of 2002..and if they REALLY wanted to sue me, you think they would have done it then? i think it was within the SOL at that time. so it sounds like they had their chance and blew it.
