Now, to answer some questions ...
The collection agency that sent notices to my dad's house is ACA International [www.acainternational.org]. I have pulled my credit report and I don't see any credit history requests from ACA ... only from FirstUSA back in March of 2002.

I must have listed my dad's address on something at one time since it is listed on Experian's credit report only. But that must have been years ago. I no longer live with my dad.
