OK, fine, I'm doing all I can, no I'm not payinng anymore money. I got x amount of income and I pay off what I can when I can. Now if we all need to go show the judge what's what's so be it. I've made my best honest effort, I can prove it and if we all end up in BK court I'll see you there. I am neither threatened or intimidated by you anymore. Send the summons and I'll be right there to settle this once and for all. Have a nice day.

NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD from the CA scum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You see they weren't lawyers, didin't live in my state, paid pennies on the dollar compared to what they were asking and were violating laws all over the place. These people are scum and will go with what works, you worried works, you in fear works, you sending the grocery money works. I've done it all and I mean it, if we go to court we go to court - but I will not lose sleep anymore.

read these posts, keep informed, they research you - you research them. You'll find that they are 99% of the time blowing smoke right up your butt!
