W&A Sewer Rats Respond to Interrogatories

Today I received the interrogatories I sent for W&A to answer. 31 days after they received them. They refused to answer 7 of 15 interrogatories. Can I request a motion to compel discovery for not answering the 7 interrogatories? Als0, they included in their attachemnts letters I wrote asking debt validation and rejecting arbitration. How stupid are they? They say validation only applys to Debt collectors and attorneys in the practice of debt collection. They are making no sense They also enclosed a document atating they will settle for so much a month if I sign and return the stipulation. If I do not they will issue a summons and compliant asking for me to appear court or a default judgment will be issued. How can they do this? They have already sued me an a court date is set for Feb, for this matter.
