Pre-Judgement Freeze please reply if you have knowledge

Here is my situation. MBNA hired Wolpoff & Abramson to collect from me. They failed. I know for a fact they are either going to sue me or file for arbitration. I live in California. W & A game me a firm deadline of paying them by Monday or they file. I know they will because it is $30,000. Okay.. do I need to take the little cash I have out of the bank because they could get a PRE JUDGEMENT FREEZE WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK OR do they have to win in arb or get a judgement first? I live in CA and am worried about them FREEZING MY ACCOUNT. i really don't want to carry cash on me and want to keep the money in the bank until we get closer to the arb or court date Please help can they really freeze my account before they win in arb or court???
