If your agreement includes a provision that they will NOT verify a dispute of their entry, or that they will DELETE, and send you a copy of the UDF that instructs the CRA to delete, and further if the agreement states that they will permanently ARCHIVE your account and not sell or assign or transfer it's data to any other party for collection purposes, THEN-- you are safe. Hwever, it will still show as a chargeoff from the OC, (which you MAY be able to dispute off)

Essentially, when you pay someone on an account, you are self validating and self verifying it for reporting purposes.
