It is not SOL, so I have not ask for validation, but the amount he says I owe has increased since Citibank should have charged off the acct. Do I just wait until we go to court and if he does not have all of the evidence that he should I request mediation then?

This is sooo scary to do on my own, but simple going to his "office" on Friday and coming face-to-face with him actually reassured me! Keyser would have gotten a wealth of "fresh material" had he been there! :) I'm quickly learning to try to find some spot of humor in this.
