This is some interesting news regarding Bill Bartmann and how it affects everyone. Bill Bartmann was the head of CFS, an Oklahoma debt buying firm that was cooking its books to defraud investors. Bartmann WALKED on all 57 federal charges against him. His number two man who is serving 5 years in federal prison, plea bargained in exchange for giving testimony against Bartmann. Bartmann DENIED DENIED DENIED everything. Even those in the debt collection industry are dumbfounded calling him the “Teflon Don” and the Collection Industry “OJ Simpson.”

The point is, if you never ADMIT to a debt, they have to prove it from A-Z in court. And ANYTHING can happen in court. Never Admit to a debt on the phone, in letters, or in court. Do as Hillary Clinton did at sworn Senate Hearings. This brilliant lawyer used the mantra “I don’t recall” over and over and over again. If she has such amnesia, everyone can have similar failings of memory.

Comments by Collections Professionals on the verdict.
"Is this a great country or what? Kill your wife and her lover...get off. Kill and dismember your neighbor...get off. Perpetrate massive fraud...get off." - head of a debt purchasing company
