You have nothing to worry about.
They received notice from you to cease and desist.
Even the lowest of the low wouldn't waste their time and $$ on someone who knows how to dispute.

To answer your other question, people who are vulnerable to judgments and garnishments and freezes on their bank accounta are those who ignored or did not receive service, and who have paid either the CA or the OC by check from an assailable account.
