how do you get bankruptcy off your credit report when everything else is perfect but the bankruptcy on your credit report. I am asking for my daughter - she is in Japan and will be home soon. It's been seven years since the bankruptcy. They were in the state of North Carolina when the bankrupty occurred. Any help or sites would be appreciated.
