1999-2000. I was informed of this after I had
opened an account with BankOne. It is now
2004 and I have not being able to open an
account. I have been to several banks and
none of them will open an acount for me. I am
not sure which state you are in, but check with
the local banks. Here in Indiana, I have found
NONE that would work with me.
