Yes, they can. Any GOOD judgment enforcement person can attach joint accounts, its apparently not all that hard at all. This is something that a very successful judgment enforcement pro told me, and he operates out of TX. As long as your name is on a bank account ANYWHERE, that account is vulnerable. Once they sieze funds, you can contest it and you have to prove the funds that were siezed belonged to the OTHER party - not you - then you MIGHT get the money back.
