need this cleared up for topic on CB. dola is usualy thought of as last payment made-but i read somewhere that is can also be the last charge made to the acct-such as- you open a cc. make charges to it, but NEVER make a payment-doesnt the last charge become the dola ? or if- you quit paying on a credit card in july, but make a charge on it in aug or sept, doesnt that make the dola the date of the last charge you made ? i think i read this on one of the legal sites for consumer credit.i understood it to mean last activity by the consumer be it payment or charge. help with this answer pleeeez :)
