There was no agreement. What happened was I started sending payments to them. They gave me the address and the info to put on the money orders (no way would I pay by check!) and I made payments from $100-$150/mo. They sent a 'Statement of Account' after they received each payment.

On the Summons for Garnishment, they didn't even credit the November 2003 payment of $200 that was sent - I have the Statement from them that shows otherwise!

I will not deal with W&A directly - they are the WORST group ever to walk the earth and they are impossible to talk to - no calls to them...

I would rather go thru the courts than deal with the scum...
