yes I have the letter stating I was on a hardhship program from them...was to last 1 year. They just upped and decided the amount agreed upon wasn't enough. A woman from Discover called me herself and is trying to make this deal because they charged it off end of December. I got no letter stating they were going to do this, just aphone call.Thing is, I got a statement from Discover for the usual amount to be paid for January which of course I would of paid.
