Whitewing is down in the sewers with their buddies in crime, SCAMCO ! Do NOT pay them, do NOT contact them. They work out-of-statute debts and create debts where none existed - in other words, its not yours but your name matched somebody's account ! Check your credit reports and see if anything matches up, but chances are pretty good the SOL ran out a long time ago, even if it was your account.
