again complicated. my understanding is a defense in court is once u make a payment and they accept it..they r in fact accepting the contract with that amount. prolly they can do or try to do what they please to u but i think..look it up..thats the way the law reads. so they would be breaking their own contract with u. sounds right lol but with law who knows? my issue with doin the payments is since they wont stop any fees and interest i am simply throwing money down the drain as if i pay what i can afford i end up owing more than i paid every month. i see no point in that might as well burn the money as do that crap.
