dsl story with ATT

regarding crazy..ATT decided couple years ago to try a new dsl thing..phone line cable etc. my daughter got it..worked well. they put some big ass box on her wall tho. (professional installation lol) so then 9/11 and evicted etc and ATT was notified to come and get their box. the promotion went out of bisness in that time..so they had no one to come get it. (after assuring us in the beginning they would handle installing and uninstalling) and then we told them about the eviction and they would have to call the landlord to come and let them in to get the box. told the landlord it was there. no one did sh** and they ended up dunning her for 200$ for the box they wouldnt come and get! lmao crazy indeed.
